Since I travelled in Japan 10 years ago, I fell in love with Japanese food, from beautiful different kind of sushi, to magical teppanyaki dishes, from sake to matcha drinks, everything is healthy and tasty. I believe the Japanese people are enjoying not only cooking, but also making a healthy life style. Therefore, I travelled in Japan for several times, aiming to learn their food culture and cooking skills.
Our chef has about 20 years experience in Japanese food, he believes that we must use the best ingredient in cooking.
The wagyu beef we use is imported from Japan directly, with a very high price, but we are happy that locals in Edinburgh can enjoy the real wagyu beef with a reasonable price in a very friendly environment.
